How do I upload my photos?
When you select your product, you’ll see an upload box to add your images directly from your phone or computer. You can also drag and drop multiple files if you’re ordering a pack. We’ll double-check all images before printing to make sure they look perfect.
What photo quality should I use?
Use the highest-resolution version you have - ideally straight from your phone or camera, not a screenshot.
How long will my order take?
Every order is handmade to order in Northland, NZ. Please allow 3–5 business days for production, plus standard NZ Post NZ Urban: 1–3 business days
NZ Rural: 2–5 business days
Bulk order times, may vary.
If you need your order faster, contact us and we will see what we can do.
What are your shipping rates?
We have a flat rate of $6.50 for all normal shipments within NZ. Bulk order (packages over 3kgs) may incur an extra fee.
Do you ship internationally?
Not just yet - but we’re working on it!
If you’re outside New Zealand and would love to order, email us and we’ll see what we can do.
Can I order in bulk?
Yes, for corporate, event, or wholesale orders, we offer bulk pricing.

What is your refund & returns policy?
At ONEDO, every order is made with care. We want you to love your photo magnets as much as we love making them but if something’s not quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
We may ask for a photo of the issue so we can review it quickly and offer a solution.
Depending on the situation, we’ll:
- send a replacement (with free NZ shipping), or
- issue a refund to your original payment method.
Return shipping for damaged or incorrect items will be covered by us.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Each ONEDO photo magnet is custom printed from your own photos and made by hand, because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or cancellations for change of mind once print production has begun.
We recommend double-checking your uploaded images and order details before checkout to ensure everything looks perfect.
Time Limits & Condition
To be eligible for a replacement or refund:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges
Need to change something?
If you accidentally ordered the wrong pack size or quantity, get in touch as soon as possible - before your order enters production.
If production has already started, we’ll still do our best to help where we can.
Consumer Guarantees
Our policy works alongside your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ).
If goods are faulty, unsafe or not as described, you’re entitled to a remedy - including a refund, repair or replacement.

How do I care for my magnets?
Wipe gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth - no chemicals or abrasives.
Avoid prolonged moisture or extreme heat (e.g., outdoors or near heaters).
Who makes the magnets?
Every ONEDO magnet is made by Emma - with a little help from her two daughters, Kenzie and Madison, Luna the studio muse and Grant (the fixer of all things).
